There is NO COST for Abortion Care and Family Planning/Reproductive Health Services if:
You Have Illinois Medicaid Coverage OR
You are Eligible and Willing to Apply for Illinois Medicaid Coverage. You may apply on-site at your appointment for same-day coverage for all your services.
Illinois Medicaid provides coverage for abortion services, with no out of pocket expense for patients.
Access Health Center can assist you in applying for coverage for your abortion and follow up care, including birth control.
